Platform use
Nova Bazaar provides a B2B wholesale catalog and direct-to-customer fulfillment service for approved marketplace sellers. By using the platform you agree to these terms and to provide accurate business, customer shipping, and order information.
Orders & payment
All orders are subject to product availability, flexible order quantities, and payment verification. Prices, fulfillment fees, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Wire-transfer payments must include the reference provided on your order.
Fulfillment
We manufacture or source products from vetted partners in Sialkot, Pakistan, and ship directly to end customers worldwide. Handling and delivery times vary by product and destination and are estimates, not guarantees.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for marketplace compliance, accurate ship-to addresses, valid order receipts, and any customs or import obligations in the destination country.
Limitation of liability
Nova Bazaar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
